Presentation of Compiled "Baxter Materials" to Governor John Baldacci

Ken Spalding, Charlie Jacobi, and "Buzz" Caverly discuss the presentation.  Charlie Jacobi, president FBSP, makes comments to all assembled, including Governor Baldacci.
